Question: Have your opportunities been limited as a wheelchair user? If so, how did you cope?

Yes, wheelchair users are limited everywhere! This is often not individuals – like my colleagues who are great, but the environment and institutions’ inflexibility. To cope really I tend to just find an alternative route and get on with that, dark humour is another good way..

That said, often I get opportunities I would never have spotted as a non-wheeled being!
