      More females!

      More collaboration. We shouldn’t be competing if we are trying to reach the same goals. But especially in industry this is sometimes tricky because money is involved.

      More collaboration is definitely a good shout, and more women in STEM but all people from all different backgrounds, the more diversity the better!

      More young people coming into engineering. Not just through university, but also through more practical pathways. We need doers as well as thinkers.
      I would also like society to recognise engineering in the same way as they do other professional careers.
