Question: what would you do to encourage more young people to get involved in different types of engineering?

When I was at school I had no idea about all the different types of engineering out there. I would like schools to include more info on different jobs out there and more practical work relating to engineering, applying the stuff you learn in science. My part would be to help young people get access to ask questions (like here) or show them what engineering research is like in work experience.
